The steak is seared for just 60secs by our chef and served on a hot lava stone at 250 degrees and cooked by the customer

Beer battered fresh cod & hand cut chips

       Served with mushy peas, side salad & tartar sauce


Lamb Shank

Slow cooked lamb served on a bed of mash

Topped with our home made broth

Served on a bed of champ mash & topped with an apple cider gravy
